If you are not big on (American) football don't worry I have the soultion! I will explane what the differance bewteen the AFC and the NFC.

Frist I will talk about the AFC.

The AFC stands for American Football Conference.
It is one of the two Conferences in the American football Leauge.
It was made in 1970 during the merger.
It has 16 out of the 32 teams.
There are 4 divisons in the AFC North, East, South, and West
Each divison has 4 teams in it to fight for the top team and go to the playoffs.

Next is the NFC.

The NFC stands for National Football Conference
It is the other half of the American Football League
It also was made in 1970 during the merger.
It has the remaining 16 teams out of the 32 teams.
It also has 4 divisons North, East, South, and West.
The divisons have there teams fight for the playoffs as well.

As you look at the list are you thinking: Why are they so similar and not have big differences? The main reason is that the conferences were made to have the sides spilt so they may do things like the Superbowl. It was to see who the best team was on either side and have the playoffs. Where the NFC teams fight for the top spot to the Superbowl. Same for AFC to show the feats of strengths and who is the best each year. They are mainly the same due to not over have teams all in one big group and get to much. This way is to keep it much more orgaized for many purposes.

The way you look at the football teams comes up to you about which you cheer for. What teams the best the worst in is always changing and is what makes football and other sports very enteranting.

I made the color chocies I did due to the fact of a calming website to see or view information on a subject. I chose this light gray as a pleasing on the eyes to see something and not be blinded. For the table I choose an almost identical white color, but not quite as I wanted there to be a hint of light there. I wanted to show a nice and calming place for people to view a good experience I would want on a website. It also is similar to the NFL website which has a nice dark background to view in.
